Have you ever wondered what in the world I eat during the week? How much? Is this a 'diet' or really a lifestyle where you eat REAL food?
Here are a couple of sample meal plans that I created for my challengers this week. Keeping it simple is KEY to SUCCESS.
One common misconception is eating healthy is expensive. However, when I plan out my meals before I go to the grocery store, and buy only the things I need for our family of 4 to eat that week, I actually spend less than I used to when I bought chips, diet coke, and frozen dinners. I challenge you to give it a shot!
