After yesterdays late night workout, I decided to squeeze in Yoga Fix Extreme in the afternoon. It is an active recovery day and all of that stretching and balance work was just what I needed after this week. I still can't believe tomorrow is the start of my 3rd and final week of my 21 Day Fix Extreme challenge!

In one of my earlier posts I had said I wasn't taking any accountability photos or progress pics until after I hit the 21 day mark. Well today I opened my next 21 Day Fix and Fix Extreme Challenge Group and I was too excited about my progress
not to share with my challengers what they were in for! Soo I took Day 14 photos! Let me just say I can't believe the difference already!

We were super productive today! I feel so good about going into Monday when I have my act together by Sunday night. It was a gorgeous day so we spent some time outside and took a walk around the neighborhood. During our daughters afternoon nap we meal prepped and cleaned the house. I tried out a new recipe tonight out of the 21 Day Fix Extreme nutrition plan, Chicken Chili. I made it for our dinners for the next few days but I did have a taste and it was delicious!
